They have 2 stage interview process. 1) Is the telephonic / In-person interview. 2) HR round They will ask you the basic question and as usually they will give the preference to the talent. Creaking the interview depends on the person. In second round they will ask you to attend the test depends on that they will hire you. Simple process if your the right person/with tight talent for the company.
