Interview
It was a brief process. Quite concise and to the point. They didn't really care about asking too many questions as they were very short staffed and needed people to work for them.
I was interviewed by an engineering manager and a human resources manager. They were friendly and easy-going. They asked fairly standard questions (what are your goals, what skills do you have, etc.), and, as I was applying for a summer internship, they spent the majority of the time providing an overview of the company. They interviewers requested letters of reference at the end of the meeting.
