Interview
standard face to face interview after a check up phone call that asks about basic information. The interview it self is done in small groups first and spilt to one on one later.
I was asked by the staff to simulate a customer call experience, ie prevent there was a call and how would you respond to the enquiries. there was a set of questions to answer

Group interview, nothing too complex really. Took like 15-20 mins. They explained to us what the role was about. Asked us how we found about said role. Looked over our pre-interview questionnaires.
