2 technical rounds out of which Final round would be with Mr. Manuj Gupta - CEO, which is very much necessary to get onboarded with the company. Doesn't matter if the position is for consultant, developer, pantry boy, or sweeper. A round of interview with Mr. Manuj Gupta is mandatory.

Nothing much as they also know they would not get much experienced manpower due to company's bad image in market and really low budgets, they ask simple questions and try to on-board the candidate, if you meet eligibility criteria which again decided by Mr. Manuj Gutpa for each profile every time.
