A secretary called me(I know that because they informed me) to schedule an online interview with the company owner (no HR was involved). After waiting 20 minutes past the interview start time, the owner called me on my phone and they claimed some technical difficulties (she did, though, inform me that she was driving as we spoke). We spoke for 30 minutes, mostly about my work experience. The role requirements and responsibilities were not quite clear to me, since the owner told me they needed other(more) qualifications than the ones mentioned in the job description. Nevertheless, she let me know she thought I was a great fit and that she would schedule another interview next week. They did call me to schedule it but I wasn't available as they wanted to schedule a meeting in person for the day after. I informed them I was unavailable, and they said they would call me back, which they never did. The whole experience left the impression of an unprofessional and disorganized company situation.
