I applied and they called me like a week later. When they first called me it was a phone interview. Just simple questions. Then they offered me to come in for a in person interview. I went and it was really easy. The supervisor was really nice and I was hired that instant with no prior work experience.

Group interview fairly simple asks basic interview questions, such as background, interest in Fairs etc, a time there was a difficult situation and how it was handled, what experience you have in Fairs etc
