The interview was over the phone. It was a relaxed and easy interview. It was more of a conversation than an interview. I was informed I would be receiving a phone call by the end of the week. They called me back the following day with a job offer.

Group Interview. They go around the table asking questions about your degree and experience. They tell you about the low pay and the random hours. They wanted people to start immediately. They want me to go to Saginaw, Michigan for training.
