Interview
Jumped right into the interview without being asked to tell them about myself. The interview was with the nurse manager via zoom. All the questions were situation based and they wanted examples primarily from nursing school rotations.

Interview
I applied online to their Adult TTP (Med/Surg). There’s usually a questionnaire you would need to fill out so don’t forget to fill it out and attach it to your application. I heard back 3 days later and was set up for a virtual interview in WebEx (make sure to know how to navigate this prior to your interview). There were no clinical questions. I would say it’s a pretty difficult interview. I think the questions were lengthy which made them hard IMO. I was offered a position a few days after my interview. I will list down below what questions they asked me. I struggled with the first question the most (interviewer asked me about a time I was uncertain with patient care). The interviewer was incredibly patient and understanding which made me feel less nervous.
