I applied online and received a call from HR a week later for a brief initial interview. Another week passed, and they scheduled a virtual interview with a nurse manager and a charge nurse on Webex. The interview was fairly average and went well. The nurse manager informed me that he would get back to me by the end of the week. However, two weeks later, I had not received a call or email. I reached out to him for a follow-up but received no response. It feels like they have completely ghosted me. My job application is still marked as under review, and there are still three open positions in the unit I applied to. It's quite rude.

It was conversational and asked questions based on the position. It really depends on the unit you apply for. It also depends if it is in person or on zoom.

Applied online for the OR. Got an email to schedule an interview about a week later. They wanted me to come in person so I did. Was a panel interview of about 5-6 White ladies. I felt odd being a minority. Was asked about 5 behavioral questions. Interview was about 40 mins long. I felt like they were professional but also a but rude. They had follow up questions for most of my answers. Clearly this hospital was not a good fit. They don’t care about you or your well being as an individual. Not only that, but I felt like there was no diversity in their unit even though OHSU claims diversity as one of its core values… kind of a joke.
