      The interviewer was exceptionally warm, highly engaged, and verbally positive during the call. The interview was designed to find out who you are as a person and not so much about your identity as an employee.

      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Orgvue in June 2022

      3 stages, one with internal talent advisor, then with A manager and then another with 2 members of the wider team, first two interviews all ok, however was given an assignment that was missing key elements to succeed, making it very difficult to showcase what you can actually do. Then found out I was being used as a "guinea pig"...not exactly words you want to hear when going into a professional interview and business. I am then told that actually the interviews they have had have shown them that they don't need to hire externally for the role and are going to train up internally instead...its so frustrating when companies do this as it is a massive waste of working professionals time. Let alone the waste of time on an assignment that was not even correctly sent out in the first place. Answers taken out of context...massively based on the feedback. Would not recommend applying, the glass door reviews of 3.9 certainly make sense now. If you get asked why you want to work for orgvue, don't waste time explaining why based on your previous experience and where you are headed, just tell them you love the idea of the business and everything it stands for, seems they would rather a an answer that praises them even though you know very little about them this early on. What should have been an easy interview process made difficult by wrong information and data shared, no clear business direction for what they are looking for and being honest, no real human element. I would then say if you are going to offer a feedback call, don't be surprised when you receive feedback from a candidate on the process, let alone then get shirty and quite frankly rude and defensive with them when they give you this feedback.
