it's easy question and Chinese supervisor didn't speak english ,so they have translator. and they are so kind so don't worry about interview at all. and after finish interview they have financial department will talk to you about salary .

you need to pass their test, then do the interview. Their vfx superviosor will review your test and tell you what he thinks your test result reflects you skill level and salary bracket. They will ask you bunch of questions relates to how much more aside what you apply for. Why do you choose this company. what is your future plan in the following 3 years.After interview is finish they will make a decision and notice you by e-mail /phone if you get hired and how much salary you will get.
