Original Pancake House Cook interview questions

I walked in on a whim and was immediately sat down for an interview. The manager was interested as soon as she saw my resume. I ended up asking most of the questions. It seemed like because not many people want to do the hard labor of cooking in a breakfast restaurant, she was grateful that someone with experience wanted to do the job. I was asked to cook several styles of eggs, such as over easy, over medium, and poached. I easily passed the egg-cookery test.
