Origins Assistant Store Manager interview questions

The person introduced herself first, and then asked about my job, brand, and location preferences. After this, we went through the questions I listed below. The person was very kind and nice thoughout the phone screen process. The questions were more about candidate's personality, stories, and motivations.

Initially contacted by talent agent. Set up for two fort five minute interviews to rate my sales and management skills. Interview was long and drab. No feedback on your answers, very repetitive, vague and pretty automated.
