Orion Laboratories interview questions

The process was extremely quick, but also awkward and clunky. They initially called to tell me about the position and then immediately launched into a full-on phone interview. I was asked to come for an in-person interview, which went well. Then they called my references, one of whom was in another country (and I told them that). They called him at what was midnight in his time zone! I found that quite careless and disrespectful. Then FOUR personality tests, the validity of which are easily debunked on any psychology website.
