I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Orios in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview was long and quite tedious, spanning over 3 months. Though the people were good, the management seemed to lack any vision on whether they actually wanted to hire anyone. Despite multiple follow ups and three to four weeks of ghosting, there was no response, The unprofessionalism is quite telling and honestly reflected quite badly on the organisation. Save your time and don't bother applying.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Orios (Mumbai) in May 2022
Interview
Firstly, I was chased on daily basis by the HR personnel. Then, once interviews were over, I was asked to submit all my documents for verification. Once those documents had been submitted, the HR person called me to say that the offer letter would be arriving that same very day. What followed was inexplicable ghosting and no response. Complete lack of professionalism was pretty much obvious.
