Interview
Went through all rounds just to get ghosted by HR and the individuals I interviewed with, even after following up. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time for all involved. If you don’t end up choosing a candidate, the responsible thing to do at the very least is to inform them you’re going in a different direction.
