Interview
The interview process was timely, efficient and didn't beat around the bush. Everyone I spoke with was lovely and the hiring process moved quite quickly. I was kept up to date along the way which i really appreciated!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ortto (Sydney) in Jan 2020
Interview
I had a first interview with the CTO via Google Meet, then had to do a technical test. Then an interview with leads of the engineering team.
Straightforward, I could ask questions via mail during the assessment and the guys answered super quickly.
I loved the approach when they made the offer. I had the options with other companies, but the way they said : "We want you, but only if you want us too, we won't be the default options if you can't join other companies.", made me chose Ortto. No regrets.
