I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Osaic in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process was pretty simple. I applied online and then had a few phone interviews with a recruiter, one in person interview with my manager, and then a final phone interview with the head of HR. None of the questions I was asked were hard technical questions. The process moved fast and I accepted an offer within 2 - 3 weeks after my first phone interview.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Osaic (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2020
Interview
Applied through campus career page and received a phone interview probably 1-2 weeks after. 1-2 weeks after that I was brought in for an in person interview (~45 minutes), and 1-2 weeks later received an offer. Overall process was just longer than 1 month from application to offer.
If you really are passionate about the industry and have done research beforehand the interview shouldn't be too difficult.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who then scheduled a phone screen/ interview. The phone interview took between 20-30 minutes. After my phone interview, we scheduled a virtual interview (via GoToMeeting) with members of the department I'd be working for. This interview lasted about an hour. Within a couple of days I received another call from the recruiter offering me the position. Overall, the process was very streamlined and efficient.
