Disappointing process overall. The company prides itself on transparency, but I did not feel that in the process. I was several rounds in and felt good about an offer, but was disqualified promptly without being offered direct feedback despite reaching out. Talking to the different departments was overall smooth and the people were nice, but it left a sour taste.

The interview process at Osano was smooth and to the point. The HR team was great, responsive, and helpful throughout. The hiring manager and team were welcoming, and the C-level conversation gave solid insight into the company’s direction. Overall, a transparent process with no surprises.
