The process is a lot different now than it was in the past. i believe the company only hires through temp agencies at this point. They used to used Agilon, but do not any more. If you are able to get an interview I recommend focusing on customer service skills, as this is far more important for this role than technical knowledge (although you do need to be able to learn basic troubleshooting)

I interviewed with Oscar Robertson Solutions (Cincinnati, OH). There was a one to one interview, then a group interview. If you did well with these two interviews, then a quality/skills test was administered in addition to a background test.
Focus should be on how you as an employee can make an impact and difference with this company. What unique skills can you bring to the table to make as an employee to make this company a fantastic company. The interview process was not easy by any chance.

The interview was different that before. They are very professional and use an outside company to vet the candidates. A test is provided so Customer Service, Technical Skills, and knowledge of some Analytics is very important.

The interview process was pretty straight forward, they asked about your strengths and weakness, and then asked you about your customer service skills and handling customers. They also like to know your back round on working on managed print services overall experience
