I was contacted by a recruiter on April 10th via email and submitted my availability to interview the following 3 business days. The recruiter scheduled my interview on a day I did not say I was available, but nonetheless, I still planned on showing up. A couple hours before the interview, I get a text from them saying they need to reschedule and they only have the following Friday open. I was a little confused, but life happens, so I was like ok, we can reschedule. We communicate back and forth and I have yet to receive a confirmation from them saying the interview is still happening. Very confusing and disappointing process. Its understandable that things can change, but to not communicate this to candidates who actively took time out of their day to apply to your company is inconsiderate and not a great look on your all's part. At least have the decency to reject someone without ghosting.
