After sending in a resume and a cover letter via EMail, I have received an EMail inviting me to an initial interview. this interview was held by the preschool director at the time. the following day I have received another EMail inviting me to a working interview with the preschool's pedagogic team. upon arrival I have spoken to them briefly and had been sent to work in 2 different classroom (while the pedagogic team was watching and taking notes). after a few hours I have met with them again and have been told they were happy with my performance and that they will get back to me within 2 weeks. about a week later I was informed by EMail that they were interested in giving me the position and I was asked to start working 2 weeks later. After confirming with them, I received a new employees form package to fill and that was it
