Went very well. Quick response, and on time interview process. What stood out was the 45 minute slots provided - other companies usually do 30, which I feel is not enough to get to know the candidates. The extra 15 minutes help. The HR person was extremely helpful, and I wonder if Otsuka has a special process behind P&O. It was far better than any P&O / HR person I interacted with.
