I was initially contacted through the LinkedIn account of the owner. During the conversation to set up a time for a phone screen, I was informed that the person I was talking to was not the owner of the account. I found this odd, but it didn't seem like a big deal.
I had a nice discussion with the gentleman who called about the technologies Ottaway uses and how my skills could benefit the company. Everything seemed great, right until the last question. I was completely taken aback. It was the most unprofessional question I've ever been asked during an interview. Between this question and the reviews on Glassdoor, I decided against continuing my pursuit with this employer.
