They schedule an interview and then you meet with someone who tells you about the job before moving you forward to the actual interview process. The individual that I spoke to seemed completely uninterested in anything I had to say and word-vomited information during the interview.

What do you do in your spare time to improve yourself?
I think this company is a scam. They keep giving you virtual interview prompts over and over again; they want you to come up with pitch ideas to no end, all email correspondence is so clearly written by ChatGPT it isn't funny, and when I tried reaching out to anyone at the company, nobody responded. I eventually stopped doing their pitch assignments and never heard anything back.

Interview
First round 15 min interview with background on company and position. Second round 30 min interview with COO. Both not very structured but time to ask lots of questions and get a better look at company life and position details.
