Interviewed twice. The first interview was great. They asked general questions concerning the job role and were very receptive to interviewee questions, and were able to elaborate in-depth on each question asked if them. More of an easy-going conversation than interview.
Second interview was the opposite, and with a different individual. Less of a conversation, and more of a transaction. They asked general questions regarding my experience and the positions requirements. They definitely sought to size me up as they spent much more time focusing on the negative and poking holes in my experience and a few areas I lacked to justify paying me less. There were also a few (anecdotal) trick questions to test one's knowledge. The actual answers to which, were all case-by-case and quite complex for a standard interview. And yes, there was a concrete question.
