I applied over the internet and got an interview quickly. It was 15 minutes interview with the CEO, where there was no time for a real interview. I was asked about what we should ask users and when I didn't respond as this person thought it was correct (no context was given, just "What do you ask them when you talk with users"), the conversation ended pretty rapidly. There was no time for me to ask questions. They never gotten back to me. Some way to treat prospects - if you really care about people with diabetes (your users), then make sure to start with people who could work with you.
Sorry we didn't get back to you here. That's my fault (Chris - CEO) - I should have followed up with you and I apologise if I didn't.
Our first interviews are only 15 minutes long and we use that to quickly assess your fit. Regardless, I should have let you know why you weren't successful.
I don't quite follow your point about people with diabetes? We can't hire everyone that we interview - that doesn't mean that we're not completely obsessed with delivering an amazing product that helps people living with diabetes.
Feel free to email me directly if you would like some feedback on your performance.
