Interview
1 x Email Assessment
- The e-mail assessment was sent 1 day after application was sent
- Consisted of 8 questions, estimated duration of 2h (took me approx. 4h)
- Out-of-the-box thinking, problem-solving, life achievment topics, and programming tasks
2 x Interviews (technical fit and skills)
- Two first interviews with Team Leader, and Technical Leader (approx. 1h each)
- These interviews where heavy on problem-solving tasks, and analysis of IT systems (Databases, servers, ...)
- Emphasis on problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking, technical knowledge about IT structures not eliminatory, but well-accepted
2 x Interviews (motivational fit)
- Second round with another two interviews
- First interview with HR focused on CV discussion (approx. 30 min)
- Second Interview with manager focused on motivational fit, but with some problem-solving assessments as well (approx. 1h)
OVERALL EXPERIENCE:
- One of the most rewarding and interesting recruiting processes I've participated of. (Only in the last months I've been to at least 15)
- All interviewers very franc and down-to-earth, give feedback at the end of the interview
- Interviewers already know and have read your CV before the interview, as well as your assessment
- I felt valued and challenged

Interview
Process:
- E-mail assessment: problem-solving, programming.
- Two technical interviews (Team and Technical Leaders): software, hardware and IT systems; optimization of SQL query. Some questions are challenging.
- One background check interview (HR): curriculum, motivation.
- One motivational interview (Manager): life-achievements, curriculum, motivation, problem-solving.
Interviewers:
- Really helpful and open-minded. They try to get you relaxed and comfortable.
