I met the hiring team who introduced me about the company. I was asked about my professional experience and technical skill set. Upon next round of interview, I was given few questions around programming logic, web protocol, user interface and database. I then was asked to deliver a presentation on architecture, application libraries and sales of product

Interview
The process goes through several interviews with Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Manager, technical interview with Senior member, and role playing interview with multiple team members.
The process includes a technical concepts that needs to be prepared and presented to the team. Challenging and a lot of fun!

Interview
Talent Acquisition from Outsystems reached out for opportunity via LinkedIn. Had a call with them to discuss about the opportunity and confirmed if I would like to have an interview. Both the interviewer and my schedule had some clashes so it took around 2 weeks to setup the first interview. The interviewer is knowledgeable and very friendly. Questions from the first round of interview revolves more around finding out if my personality is a fitting for the team, and also what I have been doing on my previous job(s). Second Interview happened a month later due to scheduling complications. This time the questions revolves more around the knowledge of the technical knowledge of the product, best practices and how to best define a solution based on the business requirement. I was given an assignment to prepare for the final round of interview. Got a call from the Talent Acquisition personnel and they told me that I have passed the interview, but the offer of the position would need to be on hold due to a short term headcount freeze. One of the interviewer as well as the Talent Acquisition personnel kept in touch on a weekly basis. Got the offer roughly after a month later.
