Interview
Interview went fine, took a small test and was told more about the "Outback Culture" and the idiotic "No Rules Just Right" mantra. The Owner was nice and confident but the two of the managers who initially interviewed me looked clueless.
I applied online. I interviewed at Outback Steakhouse (Osage Beach, MO) in Nov 2025
Interview
I was sat in the corner by a server, and told a manager would be right with me. I sat for 25 minutes and no one came to me. I decided to leave, and there was no one even in sight to tell.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Outback Steakhouse
Interview
The interview process was quick and relatively painless. They asked about my experience in the restaurant industry and how I handle regular and difficult guests. I walked in and they were looking for a host immediately.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Outback Steakhouse (Davie, FL) in Jan 2025
Interview
It was a pleasant experience. It was a 2 part interview process. The first one was easier than the second. The second one involved trickier questions but if you’re quick witted it’ll be easy.
