The proprietor believes that If he asks enough "what if" questions he will throw you. He told a guest that he acts like the biggest jerk he can and if the candidate can keep a smile on their face he'll probably hire them. No eye contact at all!

Proprietor at the Metairie location was standoffish. Asked for my number but wrote it down on a piece of trash which she then split in half as she placed it in her pocket.

Super quick and easy. Went in and sat down and just talked with a manger. After that had another meeting and then after that came back to go through all the direct deposit and training days.

Short simple process. Classic questions about customer service and what you would do in a certain situation. Always good to be upbeat and nice. If you have worked in the customer service industry before, you should be just fine.
