Interview
First there is the obvious application submittal. They get a TON of applications, so I would recommend calling back at least twice to show that you are serious about the job. There was only one interview and it went smoothly. They really want to see how easily you can talk with a stranger and be upbeat.

Asked what I would do in a lot of situations that prompted me to think on my feet -- definitely was not prepared, but they were not questions that were unfair given the job.

Two step process. Met with Front of house manager for interview then GM for final interview and was hired on spot. It was your typical interview with your typical interview questions
Awesome great people very friendly Woman came out and met me. She was super friendly. I brought a cheat sheet and she was actually pretty impressed. I was really nervous but she made me feel comfortable.
