Interview
In-Person Interview with the Chef manager for a serving position. This manager stated they don't hire "outsiders," meaning you have to get a referral to even become a server. They start you out as a server support, which is basically a synonym for busser. It doesn't matter if you've server at numerous serving jobs and have a lot of experience.
