I filled out the online application and about a week later they called me asking for an interview. A date was decided that would work with my schedule. I came to the restaurant and said I was there for an interview and they manager came out and took me to a quiet area and asked me questions for the interview.

I was sat in the corner by a server, and told a manager would be right with me. I sat for 25 minutes and no one came to me. I decided to leave, and there was no one even in sight to tell.

The interview process was quick and relatively painless. They asked about my experience in the restaurant industry and how I handle regular and difficult guests. I walked in and they were looking for a host immediately.

It was a pleasant experience. It was a 2 part interview process. The first one was easier than the second. The second one involved trickier questions but if you’re quick witted it’ll be easy.
