Interview
Zoom call with junior partner, followed by a partner of the firm. They were both enjoyable to speak with, and genuinely interested in my background. Not too formal. After my interview I was able to follow up with the partner, who was forthcoming on feedback and advice in my job hunt.

Entailed two phone calls, one with an associate and the other with a managing director. Primarily informal, including some light technical questions (difficulty depends on one's background) and a discussion about recent deals.
