      The interview was online with two senior Directors and a member of HR, lasting around 90 minutes, with probing questions about my previous experience, knowledge and values. I was put at ease, and felt comfortable sharing negative experiences confidentially and honestly (professionally) without being judged,

      I was asked why I believed I was the right person for the role, as they said the school had been turbulent. They were honest about the role being challenging, and appreciated my honesty about my experiences. They seemed to genuinely want to get the right person.
