I applied online and about a week later got the first initial via- phone screen from HR. After that my information was passed to the direct hiring manager. Had my 2nd interview with the COO and went through my background. These interviews were super short of 30 mins not enough time to ask questions or get a good idea of the company. After that I was sent an PPC assessment to do which needed to be completed within 3 days. My issue is doing the assessment and getting a reject email stating I was not qualified. This was a big waste of our time when we as candidates don’t even get the chance to explain our strategies or reasonings. This why many hate doing these. My advice to this company is give the candidates a chance to explain or your wasting time and possibly losing good candidates. Overall the process was a waste and I don’t plan on ever reapplying to this company.
