Phone screening process, where the Director called (instead of the HR rep, bait and switched the last minute) and started to ask about my previous experience. Afterwards, she interrogated about 3 years of experience gap, when I was trying to find a job in the food industry and I worked numerous PT jobs in other endeavors. Very cornering experience and lack of understanding with candidates and their hardships.
