Contacted a recruiter. He told me to apply online. I then got an interview. Basic interview questions, technical questions, then a pretty comprehensive test... the interviewer was very nice.

Question 1
A lot of the questions are object oriented, and topics you learn/memorize in college. At the end I was given a SQL test and programming test problem that could be done in any language.
