I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Overland Solutions in June 2016
Interview
The interview process was quick - within a week. The first interview was a phone interview with the recruiter. After passing the first interview, the second interview was a Skype interview with the hiring manager. They were wanting to make a hiring decision immediately and I was unavailable for a third Skype interview on a few hours notice. I had already decided to decline the position based on the salary offered.

Interview
The interviewer was very nice and I could tell by his questions that he had looked at my resume and compared it to the position being applied. He explained the hiring process, the training, the day to day operations of a Premium Auditor, the pay and various incentives and the equipment provided. This was just a phone screen, I hope to get a call for an interview.

Interview
2 interviews in total. One with training head and one with regional manager. Very easy. Very little vetting. Declined the offer because they said "I bet you still live off your parents" because I'm still in my 20s and I don't want to work with someone who is willing to demean me over the interview process.
