Well organised, allowing the organisation to move quickly. Very positive. Phone interview to start, followed by in person interview, or in cases of COVID, video interviews. Lasting about an hour, as is pretty common.

Standard questions ranging from technical competence to people/ soft skills.
Two interviews, very kind people and not aggressive in the questions. The first one was online instead the second in person. The questions were more related to personal interests and they were very clear in the explanation of the job.

Sent in my CV and immediately received a call from them the next day. Interview was short and concise. There is no technical question asked during the interview, discussed mainly on the past experience.
