I had an initial phone screen and the recruiter said the job would be a hybrid role and I would be in the office every other day. The pay range was what I was looking for, so the job seemed to be okay. In the second round the manager told me the role would be all onsite to begin with and I would have the option to go hybrid in the future. He did not state a specific time frame of when I would have this option. This shows a lack of professionalism since this was not communicated to the recruiter. Another red flag with this job is that they ghosted on me and never contacted me on the status of the job. This reiterates how unprofessional this company is.
