Straight forward because it is a volunteer role
The manager asked about past experience and why I wanted to join the organisation
Ask about the number of days you will be available
Nice people, questions directed towards the position, team work and mandatory evaluations. They let me finish my sentences, were polite and overall very professional. I would recommend applying and working for Oxfam.
Best Team among NGOs, very cooperative and Friendly. You get a lot of benefits and the contract is quite fair. I was interviewed by the Head of the Finance department as well as the country manager
