I applied online. I interviewed at Oxford Economics (New York, NY) in June 2026
Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screening, followed by a take-home analytics assessment where candidates were provided datasets and asked to build data models and answer business questions. The next stage involved discussing the modeling approach, business assumptions, metric definitions, and analytical findings with members of the data team. The process focused on SQL, data modeling, stakeholder communication, and translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.

Interview
Screening call with HR, followed by interview with hiring manager, followed by online presentation with hiring manager, a VP and a marketing contributor.
The company decided not to move ahead with my application. No feedback was given at all. I find unacceptable that, following 2 interviews and an assignment, no qualitative feedback is provided.
Perhaps this proves how much they really care about people?
