I interviewed at Oxford Global Resources (Chesapeake, VA)
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I just have 2 interviews. The questions was simple , related to team management and collaboration, warehouse management. I did the interview directly with the warehouse manager. I was very friendly.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oxford Global Resources (Chandler, AZ) in May 2025
Interview
First interview is with recruiter, few basic questions but mainly they just tell you more about the company/role. Second interview is a 30 zoom meeting with hiring manager and consists of 5-8 general interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oxford Global Resources (Beverly, MA)
Interview
Simple quick call with the recruiter to go over information about the job, as well as my information. I was told that she would be in touch very quickly with a follow up interview. I had to reach out for the follow up myself after 2 weeks of no communication. I was told that the hiring process for the position had been frozen. This is the second interaction I've had with this company, and this is the second time that their hiring process has been "frozen" in the middle of an interview progression. I'm not sure if this is their version of a rejection to an applicant, if it is, then I find that to be very unfortunate. Transparency and timely follow up are a good indicator of ethics and how a company is run internally. Hopefully they do better in the future.
