Oxford HealthCare interview questions

The interview was informal. I was interviewed along with another future employee. It was no more than 10 mins. I was immediately hired and the orientation process began which lasted about an hour or so. Overall, the interview process was a breeze.

I was called by one of the nurse schedulers and she ask me if I could come in that day for an interview. That excited me because you usually have to wait for an interview. I went in that afternoon & I was hired. Great people in the office and I was able to get all the required paperwork done that day so I started orientation the next morning! I really enjoy working for Oxford Healthcare because they don't try to micro manage you. They let you do your job and if you are prn and they need help they don't get upset if you can't come in. Great place!
