There are 3 rounds of interviews. First, a 15-minute phone screening asking about professional background and some general info. Then 2 in-person interviews to discuss qualifications further. Staff are friendly,

It was a phone interview. I personally think the management is not so good since they called me in the morning and inform me to do the interview right away (not sure if it is normal but I have never encountered something like this before). Normal questions like self introduction. Then questions were asked based on the self introduction and CV. I applied for the education coordinator role, they say teaching will be the tutor's work but they still asked me a lot about my teaching experience.
