They wanted me to pause my current work for half a month, on short notice, to work for them as a "trial". This was without even telling me what the conditions of the eventual offer would be. When I explained I couldn't just stop my current work, especially with such little anticipation, they kept me in the dark for more than a months. Later they discontinued my application without further explanation.
