Applied online to the company's job opening. I received a call back from the organization for an initial phone interview. I learned about them as they about me. I was scheduled for a tech interview on my domain the next day evening again over phone. They were very understanding as my existing office hours did not let me travel to their office during their available time. The tech interview was one of the most interesting ones that I have had and questions were moderately difficult and got more difficult as the interview progressed. I did quite well and I was called in for an in person interview. Met with the team, the management team. I was impressed. Within the week I received my offer and I am now a full time employee past my initial probation period. One of the best decisions I have made so far.
