Standard sales questions, group interview to assess how you work in a team. Large group interview so important to stand out and be confident talking to the group. Was more of a personality exercise to see if you could adapt to different environments rather than a sales exercise.

Question 1
Given a product to sell, 3 minutes to read up on it and then sell it to the group.

Interview
It was terrible. Upon arrival of interview location, we were given no direction on whether we were in the correct place. We were all standing outside in the sun. After a 15 wait, we then told to go into the function room and split amongst the different store locations. We then had to go through 4 different types of activities.
1. Introduce ourselves
2. Sell the other person (our partner)
3. Sell a product & upsale
4. Sell ourselves in 10 seconds or less
I don't know whether it was just our manager (e.g. the leader of the team) but she was really rude and didn't really listen to any of our answers only people that seemed to match certain criteria of being blonde and skinny. They were also very pushy with trying to make us up sale products even though they said there was no sells quota. Also in the 10 seconds or less activity, they would just cut people straight off which was a little rude in a way. Also very strict on availability.
